Our products, suppliers and warranty
We currently provide EDI ordering, stock checks and feeds, terms and electronic invoicing for ECI Horizon, ECI Progress, Prima, Oasis, Calidore, Axis First, OP Connect and Heart(Pulse) back office systems. We also provide our enhanced data to FusionPlus and Openrange format catalogues. Buying groups and portals
We have been an approved supplier for Office Friendly, Nemo and Superstat for several years and are the alternative toner and ink supplier for some of their own in brand products. Supporting their annual member conferences each year gives you a further opportunity to come and meet our sales and management teams. We have also had a long-standing relationship with Stock in the Channel and Synaxon.
Shipping up to 1000 parcels each day we work very closely with DX, FedEx and Royal Mail to provide you with reliable next day tracked, next day timed tracked and overnight services which include key drop and safe key holders to your business. Our systems integrate with all our courier partners giving you that all-important business tracking and PoD information.
Recycling and professional memberships
We are fully WEEE compliant and operate alongside an independently regulated recycling company BCMY Recycling allowing us to responsibly recycle all returned product free of charge. Where the cartridge can be reused as a remanufactured unit this will take place, if it cannot be reused in this fashion it will be further broken down and the constituent parts are used to make other plastic and metal products. 93% of our empty products are reused or recycled with 7% being incinerated but even during this process, the generated heat is also recovered as energy.
